Battery drain on my 2023 Bronco, was told Control Module. It was in the shop for the entire summer, so I pursued the lemon law. I had no aftermarket items installed (Thankfully) Took several months to get a new vehicle, but the new one is totally fine.
My 2021 OuterBanks battery has died 4 times now. First time in the dealership they said everything looked fine, even the battery was fine. A few days later the key fob won't even work. I buy a new battery and install it myself. This last 2 weeks and my battery dies again. I get it towed to the dealership and they perform 5 days of diagnostics. They tell me they cannot find the problem and I should drive it until it happens again. About 3 weeks go by and the battery dies again and I tow it into the dealership. They run 5 days of diagnostics and cannot find the draw and tell me to come pick it up. I opened a file with Ford (not the dealership ) and I am waiting for their response.

I had a similar problem and now wondering if my vehicle has a defect. Received notification of "System off to save battery" then all hell broke loose with notifications about brake system, etc. Replaced battery and two days later car would not start. key fob did not work, etc. Towed vehicle to dealer. After several weeks (weeks!) of diagnostic they determine passenger window assembly switch was shorting battery. They replace that. I take a roadtrip and notice at stoplight that car will die. I put in P, restart, OK but check engine light comes on/off. Later in trip, waiting in line for a visitor check-in car completely dies, goes black, nothing! Few minutes later, able to start. B-line home with stops for gas, battery voltage meter going crazy from 12 up to 15. Taking car back to dealer but wondering if there isn't a bigger problem.

Hi there. This battery drain concern doesn’t sound like something we want you to experience with your Bronco. Could you please send us a PM with your VIN and the name and location of your Ford dealer? I'd be happy to look into how I can assist you on my end.
Hi there Ford, have had numerous issues with my 22 Bronco Base. It was recently at my dealer for 5 weeks (!) while they diagnosed an electronic issue. They said the problem was fixed, I took the car on a trip, and the car died multiple times, once leaving me in a very bad and unsafe situation. I don't feel this dealer/service center is providing me any customer service so I'd like to elevate the issue.

Curious, did they reset the BMS after the new battery installed?

I believe so but car is going back in next week anyway.
Ask for confirmation. If the BMS isn't properly reset it assumes that it's running the old battery state of charge.

Hopefully they get you fixed up quickly.

They aren’t on here anymore:

Got the "system off to save battery" message the past few days.
Passenger side door stopped opening with the key fob (have to actually hit the unlock button on the fob) and the interior lights don't come on automatically any longer.
The KC ditch lights that have been on the truck for almost 3 years won't turn on either.

Checked all the connections.

Battery voltage is reading 14.8.

Is the battery really going dead? I don't drive it much more than to work and back most weeks which is only around 20 miles total per day.
