Your Ford Bronco...

Your are easily mislead and know very little about production assembly. Stick to your sci-fi videos.Looks like the stone age compared to newest factories at competitors, most of which are blocked.

Weight, placement tolerance, PLA vibration, fastener deflection, etc. define the arm, end effector, and quality points. They are building a 6,000lb off-road vehicle; not some mall crawling 2,800lb sedan or mid-SUV. Lots of robotic arms just shows how unsophisticated the line is. There still is not a single robot out there that can view, sense, analyze and react faster than the human mind and body. Ask Elon Musk who is spending $140 billion to compete with it. Other manufacturers recruit from Ford for assembly line engineers. Ford and Honda are the leaders in , not the followers.
Yes, the frames are hand made under the factory in a room few people have access too, or even know about. Took some hush money, but I got this pic of the Bronco frames being built in Dearborn, MI.I’d like to see how it’s made not just the assembly.
Where are the frames and body tubs coming from?
Are we forging the metals and stamping the parts here in the US or ante all the parts coming out of China and Mexico and just being assembled in MI?
Assembly line engineers aren't lug nut appliers. Way too many people on that assembly line capable of messing things up. They don't really show engine/ transmission assembly. For a sci-fi video see BMW's motorcycle line video.Your are easily mislead and know very little about production assembly. Stick to your sci-fi videos.

Those folks are just asking for non-certified forklift operators to cause accidents. No one is wearing safety glasses.Assembly line engineers aren't lug nut appliers.
