I'll be sharing some Dyno results real soon. I'll more than likely make it a separate post since It will get buried in this thread. I can tell you that E30 is where it's at :)
Dyno results for both 93 and E30?

Yeah - Stock tune w/93 octane + EMS 93 tune and EMS E30 tune
Thanks!. I'll be watching closely since I'm looking into getting some mods myself. Probably won't end getting a custom tune so I won't see your numbers but maybe Procal + intercooler + catted downpipe on 91/93 gas will be my route

When I pulled the intake I got a look at the valves. Despite being an early 2021 model without evidence of a catch can —the valves look surprisingly good for 67k miles. There’s some minor carbon buildup on the stems and the ports, but nothing concerning in my opinion. I recently installed a UPR catch can so hopefully I can keep them clean.

That is impressive! I ended up going with Panda for my remote tuning. I was sceptical during the early process, but they've stepped it up in the end-game. We're on Rev 6 of my 93 tune now (had to wait for the weather to cooperate) and it feels strong.

I'm hoping to do a comparison with stock, the FPP tune, and Pandas final 93 octane. I'm on 4.7 gears, automatic trans, with 37" tires though, so my Dyno numbers will likely be considerably lower.

Even with a soft launch and less aggressive shifts...the OEM clutch ain't cutting it. I won't be doing any Dragy pulls until I get a Southbend clutch installed. Might be a bit, unfortunately.

Here's an example - 1st to 2nd was OK due to the weak launch and not riding the clutch to hard, but 2nd to 3rd clutches is not.

Woof, that isn’t fun to deal with! I’m guessing 390/400 is the limit of the clutch.

Just chiming in to say how much I'm loving the work and effort being done here, this reads like a build thread from 2006, and it makes me want to start buying parts!

Can you give us any clutch info? I used a Southbend Stg 3 Daily way back when in my TT, it took awhile to wear in but man it grabbed well when it finally did. Stock flywheel?

:) Glad to hear it!

No clutch info yet, but I will be going the southbend route. Just have some other mods I want to focus on before I spend all that money. It will happen, but not for a bit. Want to take it off-road soon, so want to add some things before I do so. So far I'm enjoying the E30 tune, just not shifting fast ;) OEM clutch is holding up fine thus far.

New high mount intercooler. Still in the process of testing it, but I’ll share more info soon. So far so, good 🤘

Would be curious to hear about your experiences with the grille shutters removed.

Will do! I’m actually reinstalling the lower grille shutters next week because removing the OEM intercooler left a massive empty pocket in the bumper. I suspect it’s causing some unwanted turbulence, which might explain why my IAT2 temps are slightly higher now compared to when I ran the upgraded CVF unit in the stock location. Replacing the shutter assembly should help clean up the airflow and force it straight up into the high-mount intercooler.

On a positive note, I really love the shutter motor solution with this kit. It holds the motor perfectly and keeps just enough pressure on the rotating assembly to prevent any annoying DTCs from popping up. You can see it in the 2nd pic.
