What tuning set up did you go with, and why?

How many pounds are you adding ?
I'm mostly blending around e25-30 running map 4 often. Are you playing with the customizable map ? Sounds sweet.
I originally had the safety set at 22 lb on the JB4 and was hitting that limit but I moved it up to 24 lb and I haven't hit that yet. The only reason I went up to e50 was because I was seeing the timing cut at the top of the power band on map4. Daily driving I could probably get away with map 3 or 4 on E30 but I like to make sure I have all the power and some headroom with summer temps in the south.

I have the RTD and custom 93 octane tune package from Panda Motorworks. I got because it was on sale for over $250 off. Love it

I am always proactive before doing a tune (because usually with custom tunes, it's always about fitting the mods that you have), so I'll probably get an intercooler and CAI first. I just need to decide which intercooler I'm going to go with.

I did Procal for warranty and confidence in Ford resources and competition history over zero trust in folks that don't even have a fraction of Fords resources plus poor experience with supposedly famous Ecoboost tuner.

i went the RTD4 custom 91 tune from Panda Motorworks. You can go from stock tunes to custom tunes in minutes with the RTD device. I also got it during the initial release with $250 off and the remote tuning was easy to do. Warranty is almost up so then i'll be going to Full Race to upgrade the turbos. Hoping a high mount intercooler thats CARB approved is available by then.

I went with the Panda Power Module before the HP custom tunes and RTDs were available, but could go to their shop outside St. Luis and they can load a custom dyno tune on it still.

Here's a link to my setup from when I installed it a couple years ago.

Bronco 2.7 Panda Power Module installed with Cobb intercooler and aFe CAI plus Hot and Cold Pipes - Review

Still runs great and happy with it. I got a Tbox UHD for a road trip a while ago so my passenger could search songs and what not while in motion, but it also helps connect to the the Tuning Pro app it uses via Bluetooth since it has multiple receivers. I had to disconnect my phone from the Bronco to connect to the Panda Power Module to adjust settings before that.
I put the UPR catch cans on there right away and it definitely helps.

Okay....I'm fresh to tuning and I'm trying to track how and who and why.
BLUF-I want to get my 24 2.7 ready for 37s, adjusting the speedo and trans, and set it up for effectiveness and efficiency under the new stance. It is under warranty for the 3/36 now, barely, and I have the 6/100 extended.

The Forscan, Procal4 from Ford and the RTD4, JB4, and ZFG have been thrown around.
I know the ZFG is the high goal and is not warranty friendly. It also requires some additional mods.
So, which of these options is logical so I can use a device, phone or provided with tune, to set my system up to run 37s and get the most out of tuning without losing the warranty coverage.

What do ya think??? Is the Procal4 or the JB4 the way to go or do I just get a Forscan and be done with the speedo adjust?
