I've never been off-roading and these pics make me Lose my budget.
Yep, me either. Lol
He said it's still got the 190 and they are letting it ride to see what it can handle!
Why not, let it ride. It will be good to see how long it lasts.

You can buy magnets with screws to mount onto a license plate... then just put it wherever you want on a steel bumper. Just pull it off before you get into anything rough.

Why can’t the winch be set lower in the bumper?
Is it an airflow issue? Is it front/cruise control sensors?

I’m sure this has been covered else where but I can’t remember where I saw it.

Love the bronco! I will be getting the fender flare delete kit first until the old school fenders become available. Next I need a trail site delete kit. Lift and tires, plus the graphic for the side

Lots of folks think it will hinder the inter cooler... I think that’s what the consensus was

Correct, the intercooler (red solid line) and radar cruise box (red dashed line).

@North7
You think there is another way to get air to the inter cooler?
Maybe with a different design allowing airflow from each side?
This seems to be the real hang up with a winch in the bumper. I could care less about the sensor.

I’m not that mechanically inclined so I have no idea. I see you post here a lot and thought you may be a weekend warrior/gear head etc.

Would the 37’s fit better clearance wise with the Sasquatch wheels?
Is part of the clearance with the fenders due to tire offset etc?

my plan all along has been get Sasquatch
And in a year or two get a small lift and 37’s with the Sasquatch wheels.

I really like the sas wheels and I think they are solid quality etc. and want to keep them.

You could build a duct to pull the air into it... but it looks like it’s mounted pretty far forward.

my intentions are to use a winch cradle with only a receiver welded into the bumper... so I can move it from front to back as needed... or left in the garage during the week

There are intercooler relocation kits, we have to wait and see what the aftermarket offers, here is an example from an F-150.

A duct may not get the required air velocity. This is not a DIY project in my opinion where an aftermarket company can model the airflow and test for the temperatures to help protect your engine.

Depends on who’s doing the DIY 😉. I wasn’t suggesting they do it themselves, only that it was possible... and also said the space seemed limited. But I did offer an alternative. Hope I didn’t create any confusion
