For those of you who placed an order - how long from when you got an email from Ford saying "YOUR ORDER HAS BEEN CONFIRMED" until you received an order number? I received my email on 2/3/22 that my order was placed, but nothing further from that.

Just submitted mine - ordered almost 2 weeks ago however Eruption Green is not on the color list so I submitted as Cactus Gray for now.

although the confirmation page has an "order #".

just submitted our form to help! Watching this thread as well. Ordered on 11/17/2021. Our order was a part of the "glitch" so we never received our order confirmation email or any email from ford so far as well as any order on ford.com under our account. We did call Ford and confirm the order exists though.

Hmm odd - I didn't get any type of order number on mine and can't find any orders on my ford login. Anyone know if this is something I need to worry about? I've attached what I received via email below.

Ya know, after the initial order email it's been radio silence this time around. Believe it or not my dealer has been spot on with the build updates.... much better then the scumbags @ WOODBRIDGE FORD in NJ.....

okay - so based on this, you don't think this is something I need to be concerned about? Dealer says everything is fine - but I wanted to check. I'd be bummed if I waiting 6mos only to follow up and find out it was never ordered.
