I just wasted 30 minutes on the phone speaking with Ford customer service and was told that my initial EDD of June 03 was bumped up to June 01. This was accompanied by several disclaimers that delivery “could” be delayed. Basically, it was a rehearsed reading on their side of the conversation with little to no solid information gained.
It‘s obvious Ford has bungled this launch since Day 1, but their lack of HONEST communication is more of a deal-breaker for me regarding future Ford purchases.
They certainly have no idea when our Broncos will arrive at dealerships. It’s mid April now, so I realistically can’t see our Bronco arriving by June 1. In my opinion, we are just given arbitrary dates to buy them time, while they kick the can down the road.
