Ford Chat was able to give me my RAIL CAR number (Shipped Rail - Railcar # BNSF301712) - the Pizza tracker just says SHIPPED - the forum guy's tracker says : " ERROR Shipping record not found. "

Mine says the same now on the tracker. Calling CXS will give you the location of your railcar. It’s pretty quick to get the location

I did - currently "Wayne Michigan" - very near Dearborn - Expected in "Blue Island, il" (Chicago) on April 2. A short distance for 5 days.

Nice! Brandon Johnson is my salesman and he's a good guy. I actually live about 10 minutes from the Warren location but have built a relationship with Brandon so I just make the hour trip to Kent. I'm picking mine up Thursday!!

That so exciting! Happy to hear that ur getting ur rig in 2 days! My salesman is Robert Simon. Been super easy to deal with. Started with Chris volk but he got a promotion and he was also excellent to deal with. I live right by Nelson ledges/Southington offroad so there's th3 dealership right in garrettsville 5 minutes from me but previous dealings with the former owner left a sour taste in my mouth so they weren't getting my sale. The guys at klaben seemed like straight shooters right from the start so I went with them and the 35 minute drive.

I did the chat on my computer browser. Got someone in under 3 minutes.

My Bronco is apparently just sitting on the rail car at the plant and hasn't moved even all the things are saying it's "Shipped". Anyone know why it would just be sitting there? Anyone in the GA/Fl area with the same thing happening? Thanks!

Would car initials be TT or TTGX or am I missing something else?

My dealer sent me a different railcar number than Ford Chat gave me - both used my VIN. Who do I trust?
