Credit Unions normally have the best rates. We joined one long ago just to get a better mortgage rate. My credit union's current auto loan rates:

Locked in 1.99% at Service CU last week, they said it's good for 90 days but can extend to 120 days. Wanted to get locked in before interest rates go up.

Talk to your credit union, most will work with you.

A semi local credit union that I've used before is still advertising 1.99.
Maybe I should still apply now, but I'm worried about it still getting stuck there for so long.

i’m assuming palsapp is only for convoy from the dealer right? mine went rail to a holding yard 45 min from dealer now i’m waiting for a truck to deliver it. i guess i can’t track the truck bc idk who it is

i’m assuming palsapp is only for convoy from the dealer right? mine went rail to a holding yard 45 min from dealer now i’m waiting for a truck to deliver it. i guess i can’t track the truck bc idk who it is

I'm not entirely sure if it works post rail or only convoy from the plant but if everyone has a freight ID pulled up in the ordertrack app even if it later doesn't go on a Jack Cooper Transport truck or their other brands across the country then it may still work

I didn't check that one, the other one I checked with the chat tonight said it was still a convoy delay today.

I'm not entirely sure if it works post rail or only convoy from the plant but if everyone has a freight ID pulled up in the ordertrack app even if it later doesn't go on a Jack Cooper Transport truck or their other brands across the country then it may still work

Can't beat credit union rates. Current Navy Fed Rates

Received my FedEx with a blank check, my rate is locked in and all I have to do is write the check out to the dealer for the amount "not to exceed" and it's good until July 10, 2022. The loan doesn't officially begin until I sign the check over to the dealer.
I love their little note, don't let the dealer know the amount you are approved up to - prior to finalizing your price negotiation. Lol!

But the status is still pending, and it hadn't updated off of convoy delay earlier, so it may end up getting on a truck this week.

Put in an application with my credit union tonight, but I probably won't hear back until tomorrow now.

I couldn’t wait, so I bought a dang boat for the condo in lake of the ozarks… that should tide me over for a while my bronco sits 75 miles from the dealer…
