Make sure that you are entering vin first then order number. I kept doing order number then vin but it was the wrong boxes.

If you have a scheduled build week, it was in your email. If you have not been scheduled you will not have a VIN

If you have a VIN you were given a build week. It may have changed but you will not have received a VIN without knowing at least initially your build week.

I am Canada and my dealer got the VIN and the sales guys says no build date was given. The website for me has nothing.

Same here, its works but no build date. The primary status says, “in production” which is also interesting. I wonder what this means.

Mine is the same, yesterday it was "scheduled for production", now it is "in production", but no window sticker yet, so I assume build date is at least 7 days away.
