Lots of 2-doors (with MIC, obviously) and MTs in this group, about half Badlands, and a number of 2021 reservations sprinkled among the mostly early res holders. I'm not sure what conclusion to draw from any of that.

I have an August 4, 2021 reservation, 8/9 order, 10/18 reorder now changed to 2/28 build (from 2/7-2/14). Race red Badlands 2.7 lux Sasquatch soft top. I’m guessing it won’t stick but we shall see!

Building week shifted from 02/14 to 02/28, by Ford email. Building day shifted from 02/15 to 02/29, although it's called March First (from calling my dealer). 1-800-334-4375 told me they do not have building day to tell us anymore, because it's floating around.

2nd bump to 2/28. Question- if they have hundreds of Broncos waiting for chips on Ice Mountain why are they even scheduling new build dates for anyone in February or March when many of those with Broncos on Ice Mountain have been told delivery is not until April or May. Why would I believe I would get mine any sooner? Not complaining, just do not understand the rationale.

Most likely they are going to resume production on the line. Any vehicle going through the line will be finished completely. Excess chips will go to Ice Mountain.

Thats what I would think too, but what a kick in the ... if you had yours built in January and have to wait possibly months for an extra chip. I would feel a little guilty getting a Bronco those with an Ice Mountain Bronco.

Yea, I would hate that too, unfortunately there is nothing we can do. I want to believe Ford is handling it as best they can and that is all I can hope for all the delayed guys

\This is really it..they aren't going to stop line production to work on the Ice Mountain vehicles faster, even when the modules are available. Those folks are already pissed, but they are a defined group, As painful as it is for them, it makes sense to resume production as normal on the line, complete and ship (and SELL) those broncos according to as close to a "normal" schedule as can be expected in this wacky environment, and complete/ship the ice mountain vehicles over a period of months.
