I'm currently down the rabbit hole researching 2 door Broncos. I've seen a lot of comments that the base model offers the most bang for the buck (I tend to agree). I will just be using this for a daily driver and probably not doing any offroading of consequence. My question is what am I missing out on the interior by not going with a BB or OBX? For instance are the seats the same (at least comfort wise) in the base and BB? Is the interior of a BB or OBX quieter than the base model? I drive a 2008 Mercury Grand Marquis currently (cue the laugher) so even the base Bronco will be a huge upgrade for me technology wise, etc. Feel free to offer up opinions you may have.

BB interior seats are the same as Base, but you get the mid package technology stuff (heated seats are the big one personally).

This link has the 2023 ordering guide which shows every option/package for each trim:

So the seat quality is the same though. Looks like it's $1495 to add the mid pkg on the BB which gets you heated seats, etc. That is a pretty hefty upcharge on top of going from the Base to the BB. Really not sure I need heated seats and the other goodies you get.

Yes, I agree. I would have gotten a Base w/ Sasquatch package if I could have chosen anything I wanted. Great value and bang for the buck, even as a daily driver.

From the interior perspective the biggest improvement you'll get with BB and OBX over a Base Bronco is the leather-wrapped steering wheel.

Anything beyond that depends on what additional options you select. Heated seats on the Mid package (as @Fly mentioned)... leather seats that are available on Outer Banks... 12" screen that's available on OBX with the High package.... etc. etc.

The Wildtrak with cloth is the same as the Base also. The BD/BL's are slightly different. The local Accessories shop, quoted me $350 to add heated seats to my Base.

Base and with Sasquatch is definitely best bang for the buck. That's what I have (2 door) and both my wife and I love it- stock- including seats, comfort and the infotainment system. 0 complaints after a year and that's what I would buy again if I had to do it over.

Mid package gets you a lot more than just heated seats. I went BB just to add mid package.

In the above list, some of those are standard on every trim, not Mid package upgrades.

BB you get leather wheel and shift boot, tinted window and the option for sandstone seat trim, grab handle highlights, dash and door panel highlights. Seat comfort and noise are the same as Base

My wife was dead set on leather heated seats and while I initially thought those additions weren’t worth the cost I will say I think we’d be pretty bummed with a brand new truck without those…

Mid also forces the horrible "dual zone automatic HVAC". Bought a Base just to avoid that.

6 grand for heated seats seems like a lot. (BB plus Mid). Only reason to buy a BB is so you can spend $5k to get a rear locker.

OBX forces the 10-speed slushbox instead of the 7MT, so... bleh.

Base has a plastic steering wheel. I had a Maverick with a plastic steering wheel and disliked the feel myself. Base is also missing the center grab handle, but that can easily be added if you want it.
