I'm going to be running Gladiator XComp A/Ts with a 13.5 width... It all really just depends on your wheel offset that you end up selecting.

Do you have the sasquatch package at least? I'm going to go out on a limb and say if you're using factory sasquatch setup, you'll likely want to stick with 12.5s... but I'm not positive.

Really depends on brand of tire , as some manufactures are not true to size in sizing charts - some 13.5 come in over 14.5 wide - depends on offset -for reference i use 12.5 toyo mt with 0 offset and slightly slightly kisses the removed crash bar win turning is maxed out.
