4 door base vs Squatch height difference?

Looking at getting the 4 door base, but HOW much LOWER will it sit compared to the 4 door SQUATCHED models I have seen this week at ford dealers 2021 lineup? If I "get" a 4 door base on the steelies, what size wheels/tires can I put on aftermarket without any clearance issues? If your NEVER off roading, it is worth the 5K difference to get it squatched (after already adding AT)?

I'm a 7/19 reservation, will squatch push me out into MY 2022? Tried to keep it base and simple to get a 2021 MY.

I currently turned my reservation into an order. 4 door base, auto, floor mats, keypad, 2.3 but may modify to squatch....
