I get the MIC stop ship but why are the soft tops also not shipping? There are many soft tops that were built over two weeks ago and no movement on shipping or built status. The challenge seems to be more than just MIC.

Can you source tell me which part is missing on mine and why mine is still sitting?Let's put it this way...it is not JUST a parts shortage
I have proof my 7/2 build is just waiting for splash guards to show up-I have yet to see a delivered Bronco with them on it.
As for Broncos built the past two weeks-if you can find an EXACTLY same build as to what you might have, you might have an argument. Just because product has been built doesn't mean that it will be affected by what is ever affecting the pre 7/2 builds.
I'm sure that the Broncos currently sitting have different things that are "wrong" with them like a lack of parts, bad MIC tops and who knows what else. There isn't a common thread to say oh they just all have x missing or x wrong with them.
Those dates are being held too; I’m 7/15.Thanks for sharing, but it still doesn’t answer anything. At a certain point in production, cars were moved to purgatory. The question is why? I don’t think it’s a parts shortage, why would they start production on our cars without the parts, but then during 7/12 - 7/23 ramp up, produce and ship pretty much every truck they made.
I am a believer of the Bad Batch Club and we are in it.
I Haven’t seen a recent confirmed change in status on this thread. I wonder what percentage of the held vehicles are actively posting in here though. Just because nobody in our merry band of psychos has had a shipping confirmation doesn’t mean that nobody has.Have we had anyone with a pre 7/1 blend date, get their bronco shipped (not necessarily received) in the last 2 weeks? This week?
Wish I knew how many of "us" there are on this forum that are still waiting as well.
I went through the same hassle with my wife's Focus RS and it wasn't fun. While I greatly appreciate the information you're providing the problem is we shouldn't have to rely on you. Ford should be able to articulate a plan for impacted builds and communicate it through the official channels instead of leaving everyone in the dark to speculate. Some parts of the car manufacturing process, in this case communication, are so antiquated. It's like Ford is thinking they're saving face and protecting the Bronco image by not being transparent but in reality they're looking like a bunch of clowns.Assuming your referring to me. Not like there is much to say that hasn't already been said, about 6k units are on hold for the supplier quality issue we all have been keenly aware of for some time now. Let me dispel some roomers/concerns I keep seeing as I've gone through 15 pages today.
1)No Ford is not going to scrap the units, I have seen hundreds of cars get ripped apart to replace the body harness and then get put back together before. Replacing a roof because of delamination is nothing.
2)Most likely MAP will bring in the high seniority and product specialist from the off shift and run the vehicles through the mod center for a campaign like this. Trying to fit vehicles back into the line would be a mess and not needed for this.
3)There is not a chip shortage on bronco
4)You cant take parts allocated for the line and shift them to the vehicle that are on hold. That would shut the line down and they have 100,000 of these thing to build. Im sure the roofs are a JIT part so I'm going to guess that if Webasto was up this week when MAP was down then they were probably making tops for the stop ship trucks. Then next week would go back to supplying the line.
I'm just sitting here watching all these people loose there minds. I waited almost 6 months for my car to ship from Germany to Michigan after being built, so 1 month although its annoying is not that bad. Just relax the vehicles will get fixed and ship as soon as they can be, 2 weeks after you get your shinny new bronco you wont care that you waited an extra month.
But let me give everyone who read this far one more bit of advice, your sales person, dealer GM, or regional rep have no clue what is going on. In the automotive industry the dealers are always the last to know. I have been told a dozen times by my sales person that she needs to talk with me more often to get info. If you want them to check Vehicle Visibility to check the status that is fine but that's about all they can reliably do.
TL;DR: Units are still on hold, they will get fixed, breath and relax, stop asking your dealer they don't know
You didn’t know that Ford is monitoring the 6/30 thread. Every time you post here Ford moves your Bronco to the end of the line!I Haven’t seen a recent confirmed change in status on this thread. I wonder what percentage of the held vehicles are actively posting in here though. Just because nobody in our merry band of psychos has had a shipping confirmation doesn’t mean that nobody has.
Did he get a “Built Email” or just see it on the Order Tracker? An buddy of mine had his 6/18 build come out of purgatory

Ford will get me to shut up for another week about my lost build if they give me another 200k Ford Pass reward points.
