Ford is revamping its marketing with a slogan called "Adventurous Spirit," which it says stands for the American values of "freedom, outdoors and adventure."

Bronco will be sold in some Europe markets starting next year, market share doesn't support European exclusive vehicles. Lightning, Electric Explorer, BS and Maverick will join certain markets in future years.

"Ford also said it will sell its Bronco midsize SUV in selected European markets starting in the spring. Its new Ranger Raptor pickup currently is being rolled out across the region."

Ford still can't fill all day 1 reservations in North America... But hey, let's get some European customer's a Bronco...

I agree with @Hossfire - The Maverick will likely do quite well in the European market. I'm surprised they didn't start with that.

I know it'll sell in limited numbers and those that can afford it won't be concerned with the gas bills. Imports like this might be the last grasp for some of Europe before EVs are the only option.

That's nice and all, but I hope they consider getting Americans with, orders coming up on two or more years, their Broncos first! 😜

Given the number of cities in Europe that have "Zero Emissions" zones and/or extensive tax on an ICE vehicle, I sure hope Ford selected its "Select EU markets" wisely.

Just in case you still thought Ford's reservation system meant anything to them.

I have my Bronco, and I understand staying on schedule with your roll-out even though you are behind on reservations. I'm not naive to the brutal realities of capitalism....but wtf Ford?

This is as tone-deaf as it gets in consumer retail. Selling a few more Bronco's in the short term while burning every first-time buyer is a bold strategy...though let's be honest, it's never been a problem before and won't change things for most people.

I'm the go to "car guy" in my circle and have helped dozens of friends and family negotiate and purchase vehicles over the last 20 years. I will never recommend buying from Ford to anyone from now on and will actively warn people against them and tell them how they treated people who followed the rules THEY put in place.

The Brits will have to modify the LHDs to RHDs?

Could be mostly promotional hype to attract people into the showrooms. People come to gawk at this exotic American truck, but look at other vehicles while they're there. Then Ford sells them to celebrities who drive Broncos to prestige galas, that sort of thing.

How about that Iceland expedition? How many Broncos are being sold there?

If they were to do that the bigger market would be Australia...
I don’t know man…. Seems like the Aussies are blessed with access to the awesome Toyota Landcruiser 70 series and they can already order INEOS Grenadiers. Ford would face tough competition there.

Ford would sell a lot in Iceland. Iceland was Ford’s largest export market for the original Bronco’s back in the day. And now Icelanders have vintage Bronco clubs. It’s a no-brainer selling the 6G there.
