That's a very good sign. You should be able to get a rail car number from Ford marketing or your dealer.also, my tracker switched mid day back to Order Confirmed. I'm pretty sure this has been a good sign from reading the forums.

thanks, rail car is in wayne michigan... long way to goFor those of you that are able to get a rail car number for their Bronco, you can use CSX's automated phone service to check on its location: (800) 235-2352
I was able to track mine all the way from the Michigan plant to the automotive rail yard in Kent, WA.
If you're like me, and want to obsessively check in 10+ times per day, I recommend setting up a speed dial on your phone with the car number programmed in so you don't have to say anything or press any numbers.
For my rail car TTGX 982769, the speed dial looked like this:
(800) 235-2352,,1,,81814192,,,982769,,,##
The commas should be spaced out correctly so the timing of the prompts work every time. To create your own speed dial, replace the 81814192 and 982769 numbers with your info. For the first number (81814192), you will need to program each number combo that pertains to the letters of your rail car. In my example, the first T translates to 81 as the T is the first letter on the 8 key. The second sequence of numbers (982769) is the number portion of the rail car identifier.
Happy tracking!
I would just use the chat, they gave me the rail car and everythingInteresting, when I called marketing yesterday they told me I was released to carrier. When I called today they said that they didn’t see that. I wonder if all the marketing has the same resources
Chat didn’t have the Info either. Maybe it hasn’t been loaded into a train yetI would just use the chat, they gave me the rail car and everything
My guess is they have different information being presented depending on how they are looking up the order. I called Ford Marketing today and at first their response was "it's awaiting shipping". But when I told them my tracker just shows Built, but the dealer shows me on his tool that it's currently on a rail car and half way from Michigan to Atlanta, they were like "oh okay let me dig deeper here... and yeah that's right it's actually ready for carrier pickup in Atlanta right now."Chat didn’t have the Info either. Maybe it hasn’t been loaded into a train yet
Texted the sales manager yesterday - no responseHave you talked to your dealer?
