7 MT Reverse Lockout Lever

Had this made by one of my suppliers, local shop.
Was part of AR debacle (save the berating, been done)
Fortunately I received the knob.
I called Boomba and inquired about the similar part in their short shifter kit. They said it would not work?

I'm in too even though I managed to dodge the AR debacle. Tell your shop there's definitely a market for that product.

First selling these was not my intention. Just showing a solution.

$100 unpainted plus shipping. I think the more economic option could be boomba. If you look at their install instructions on their site for the short throw kit, they use the Ford item this connects to and the Ford boot. So the dimensions in my mind “have to be the same”. Maybe I spoke to the wrong person over there.

I'm in it for the durability. I don't like the feel of the plastic piece and would love to replace it with metal.

I am stepping aside, it took me 5 weeks to get this from a tool and die shop I have bought $1.3M from in a year before. I know what people expect on this forum and rightly so. This is just not his cup of tea. I hope Boomba can help you guys. If not I will follow and we will see then.
