I wanted to see if adding a 1 inch spacer on top of the Eibach coilovers would present any challenges? I also upgraded the control arms, but the front still sits a little lower than I would like after adjusting to max height. Any issues with this and does anybody have a recommendation on which spacer?

Thanks

Adding a spacer on the adjustable coil overs probably not a good idea IMO. Not only will it increase your CV angles but it may end up resulting in too much droop which can make short work of a CV. Have you thought about just lowering the rear?

The Eibachs are about maxed out for droop, as mentioned above. They do make a little heavier springs for about $100 that can be swapped on those shocks. Assume you have a winch and heavy bumper causing it to be too low? Mine sets up pretty good at about halfway up the threads. See my avatar pic. But I have the 2.3 and no winch yet.

That would make me nervous. I don't even have mine maxed out and the angle seems a bit much, I'm going to drop it 1/2". If you go ahead with it consider a diff drop.

Thanks guys - was worried about maxing the cv angles. Glad I asked. Lowering the rear is a much easier solution anyway. 😉
I have the same dilemma. I want 3” of lift out of these, before 37” tires are added. I like the way the zone 3” lift sits in every pic I’ve seen. Yes, it’s apples and oranges, suspension wise. But I’m not rock crawling. Light mudding and class 1-5 trails. Probably going to save money and do a zone lift.
