No one in the Raptor community has done this as in hacked the modes.

We don’t have any information that would suggest you can add GOAT modes on your own.

Has anyone hacked that with the Raptor or other Ford? Sync4?

2wd, ultra low first gear, 4 wheel steering, exhaust dump.
Don't forget the bass turned up to 11 along with the volume to your #1 radio preset.

I thought it would be worth asking, thanks for the responses. And to the guy who said I might should build my own vehicle from the ground up, that does sound like me to undertake a project I have little experience with but in this case I think I'll let the pros do it lol.

So I logged into our FORSCAN on the Ranger ('19 Lariat FX-4) last night to dig a little deeper and there is no way to specifically go into the program and alter the various TM modes themselves. You can lock/unlock them (as linked earlier) but that is it.

That being said, I am not convinced that Rangers TM (Terrain Management) is going to be handled the same way as Bronco. We know the Ranger TM is already loaded on all units, but locked out via hardware (different console dial with TM button).

My expectation for Bronco is that the hardware will be identical (GOAT mode dial is on all Bronco's) across all models, however, the upgraded and more locked-down ECU will not allow you access to change/modify what GOAT modes you have, or their operational parameters. It is possible, however, that there is a separate ECU module now for the GOAT modes. Unlikely, but possible. Other OEM's have been divorcing the ECU hardware of their stability systems for decades. Ford, however, has not chosen to go down this path in the past so it would be a departure for them.

What Rangers TM is/does:
https://www.therangerstation.com/ranger-tech/ford-ranger-trail-control-terrain-management/

How easy it is to gain access to TM via $80 part swap (you still have to buy the FORSCAN dongle, download software, then enable the functions from the ECU)

Dude. 🤣
Your other thread is you adding LSD and lockers now you want to program your own GOAT modes? I think you should just buy some bulk steel and build your own vehicle. 🤣
Or maybe a different Bronco trim. :)

My wife has had her Bronco Sport since Jan and living Alaska we have had several opportunities to test the slippery mode. I was honestly surprised about the difference it made, even with the stock tires.
The sport mode has make it pretty zippy especially when it’s in Low/Sport.
really looking forward to planting my ass in my BD when it comes in!

I've got a badlands reserved. I've got the Full-Time 4wd option.

I'd like to be able to run it in Full time and have a sport mode. The Badlands doesn't have a sport mode. I'll be interested to see if I can select Baja mode which picks higher shift points and 4Hi. and then set it to 4WD auto.

It will also be interesting to see if Sport mode is good or annoying. I've driven cars where its great. It holds gears a bit longer and generally feels good.

I've also driven cars (my wife's turbo 6 cylinder Volvo wagon) where Sport mode makes the throttle so sensitive that its impossible to drive the car smoothly.
