No need for TV here, but am interested in hooking up my multi port to power that goes off with the car. Is there a place to fire that in? Any pics if that’s what you did?

Yup....pop in a usb drive or just have a downloaded folder or app with your downloaded content. Most streaming apps have downloaded content section.

That is correct. One thing to note the hardware is crap and cannot do much more than 360p. Anything higher the hardware cannot keep up.

Like those that have already mentioned this.... why isn't the stock display capable of better resolution. The backup camera is crap. Are there better displays in other Ford vehicles? New trucks? High definition?

Well can't do this anymore. I did the latest update and somehow bricked the damn thing. It won't boot up anymore. I have an email out to MMB but zero response. To be honest this thing is a POS. About to send it back to Amazon.

Their website doesn't say that. They even give decent directions. There was no way to mess it up unless I turned off the Bronco which I did not. Sent back to Amazon now. Looks like I can build the same device with a Raspberry Pi Zero or 4 and not have the limitations of a locked down device all for $50.

Ok.... Amazon details wouldn't say that. This is from the website where I bought mine. Joyeauto.com. of course Their English not so very good, lol, but they clearly tell you not to try and update. You should have no problem returning it with Amazon, sorry to hear about your issues. Hopefully your idea will work for you. I love my box but of course the price is ridiculous, I'm sure there is a way cheaper "hack" available.

I saw that as well. I'm not sure who to believe but I talked to a guy from joyeauto via WhatsApp and he even told me some other hacks and packages, (apkpure.com)..... for the box but do not update the 7.0 version.

So I have the 9.0 edition. But the firmware was from almost a year ago when I got it. The last three firmware updates looked like it fixed issues with car play that I was hoping would resolve my intermittent issues of connectivity and extreme lag. Unfortunately the update bricked the device.
