I'm getting ready to put brand new Badlands takeoffs on by OBX. What are some things I should be looking out for during this process? Reprogramming, balancing, etc...

What takeoffs? I am assuming suspension? Tires?

Probably not much of anything. The wheel offset is same as OBX I think, the tire diameter is larger, so maybe reprogram the speedometer at some point. The Badlands wheels/tires should already be balanced? I'm running 35" tires with Ranger wheels on my base with no other changes and no issues other than speedo off.

Thanks. Always want to make sure I'm not missing something when making changes.

If the original owner of the Badlands wheel/tire left the tire pressure monitor sensors in there just bolt them on (torqued to 100 ft/lbs) and drive.
If the Badlands tires are 33's, no need for speedo recalibration, you only went from a 32.09" tall tire to a 32.75" tall tire.

I did the same, but on my wife’s big bend. Just bolted them on. Speedometer is off around 1 mph at 70. Around town, the speedo is barely off. Not enough to worry about in my opinion.
