I have the Barricade version of this bumper but did some slight modifications... I ended going with this for the plate...Rough Country has a tube one similar for half the price but no plate attachment so it would be off the damn tire.
Yes, the Stinky Fab bracket just recently became available again. My only complaint is the provided plate light...it's very cheap and does not have the factory pin plug, just positive and negative pig tails.

Most are including OEM to better line with flares and some better side protection. Here is a pick of the oem.
They are definitely bronco specific. I think they made them to match the width of the standard flares.
I can't tell you how many times my flares have taken hits or have been removed for potential contact, I'd hate for my bumper to take them!My Warn Bumpers line up with the flares, so no issues there, and it looks better that way IMO.
