Airbag cover splitting

Anyone else seen anything like this?

The line started very faint about 2-3 months ago… now very prominent

It is not a scratch, the line is raised…

Known issue, take it to the dealer. You have to replace the air bag assembly.

My dealer replaced it but made all sorts of noises that it was thru user abuse and Ford would not cover. The replacement, less than a month old, is cracked too. When i called today, dealer said “there’s resistance to replacing these under warranty.” I wonder what it takes to get a TSB issued?

OMG!!!! i am a close follower of this forum and NEVER knew this. Mine has been like this since day 1 and I literally thought there was a small hair under the paint / spray. Mine is not nearly as visible.
