Any Arm Hang Updates?

This actually IS an important question. I normally drive with just my right hand and rest my left arm on the door belt line. Not a deal breaker, but it's something I notice on rental cars; normally the belt line is much higher than in my Escape. (I'm five feet tall.)

It's important to me. Driving a Jeep JK is perfect based on the window height. If that's not possible here it changes the experience considerably.

I remember in one of the Paul Wraith interviews, he specifically mentioned getting the beltline height right so you could rest your arm on the windowsill.
