Ordered my Eruption Green March 24th. Still waiting. I have not received an update on my order in 2 months. I understand issues around staffing, supply chain, unexpected delays can cause an order to take a long time. But an email update is free and cheap and just good customer service. Could someone just reach out with a status? Thank you! - Kirk Evans

This is why I haven’t placed an order yet. Email updates are great. @TrailRax did a phenomenal job of keeping customers in the look on the rack orders.

Would love a heads up on what colors are getting ready to get powder coated , then I would place my order. Waiting on either a matte black or glossy black set.

Hi Kirk! Your order update, I guess, is what was in post 477. It's been an adventure to get a good green that works well with OEM Eruption Green. The new colored shackles are wrapped up at the coaters and are back at the machine shop for post machining. There are just a lot of steps with these parts and the state of the world's supply chain does very little to expedite the process. We're near the point of having the completed parts in our hands and will begin shipping them all out soon. Once we have them at STARKILLER BASE, I'll get pics up of all of the newly finished colors on the thread. As always, we absolutely appreciate everyone's patience.

The new red, blue, and green SITH Shackles are wrapped up at powdercoat and are on their way back to the machine shop for the post machining step. Getting closer! These are going to turn out looking amazing. For the people that ordered these colors… so lucky!

This would be the understanding on your custom color order.

1. You place the order with the color you want in the notes.
2. Adding the Prismatic Powder part number would be very helpful.
3. Once you place the order, you don't ask for an update. Just know it's getting done.
4. You patiently wait for the tracking email.

I assembled about a dozen of the SITH-R last night. The metallic green, metallic blue, and metallic red are new, as well as the Badlands rear shackle. Ummmm…. I’m kind of speechless. The new colors look AMAZING! For those of you that pre-ordered the new colors, I’m pretty jealous. I hope you all appreciate the details, precision fit, and the super smooth detent action on the rear shackle. 4 positions of engagement for different scenarios. -Enjoy!

Just received my eruption green order today and these things are freaking a work of art. BEAUTIFUL! The craftsmanship is top notch! Now... if Ford would freaking ship my built bronco!
