I know we all put down a $100 deposit to start with. Are all dealership now going to make you add $500 more to your deposit?

Are there any dealers just staying with the $100 total that you put down in the first place?

I believe Granger is just the initial 100. But as far as more money down that is dealer dependent. My local dealer normally wanted between 250 and 500 as a deposit for a vehicle.

Current info available is that it is up to the individual dealer to decide what, if any, deposit they will require at order time.

(My understanding is that this is in line with regular practice for any special order vehicle.... entirely up to the dealer and potentially negotiable.)

I would love to know. If Granger or any are just staying at the $100 total until the Bronco comes in and you do all the paperwork.

The dealer that I was working with before switching to Stephens said that they would not be asking for an additional deposit.

Not here but they should ask for a $500 refundable deposit. Weed out the non committed. No need for their orders to delay other reservation holders that are 100% ready to purchase their Bronco.

How will a refundable deposit slow anyone down? I'd pay that and still cancel if the interior looks as bad in person as the pics suggest.

My dealer is only requiring the $100 dollars we already paid for reservations.

My dealer said that Ford is requiring a min $500 deposit from each order at any dealership. So that’s what they are going with. He’s been on here with us. Very honest, helpful and reputable.
