In early May I was told by my dealer that if we didn't have a build date email by May 20th then we would end up with a MY22. My big guess is they are working with their marketing dept on that email right now and we will see it this Thursday.

My friends and family keep asking me when I will get the bronco. I used to say hopefully in a few months. Now I just say, not this year.

The trick is to shoot low and say “I’ll get it sometime next year” and then if it shows up earlier, you can look like you pulled some strings or something. That also stops them from asking you every day where your Bronco is, adding fuel to the fire…

Perhaps. I thought you were implying he was leveraging his dealership connection to jump ahead of his customers and award himself a priority order. And because of his position, he was entitled to place his desires above his customers. If that’s not accurate, then I missed your point, and I stand corrected.
