For context I placed an order back in 12/29/21. When I try to find my bronco order in my Ford account it states I have no reservations or orders. When I check the backdoor link it says an error has occurred and I should contact my dealer. Has anyone encountered this? Is this just because my order hasn't been accepted by ford or scheduled at all? Or am I missing out on a slim sliver of hope that my order has made some progress without me knowing?
