Hey guys, picked up my Bronco from my dealer today. However the backup Camera on my Lux Badlands seems like it's not as clear as it should be. I'm including a picture of my badlands and of a Wildtrak . Is there a recall or some sort of fix?

Based on the pictures, both still have the clear protective film on the screen. Clearly says "This film is to be removed before usage."

You can see the film lifting in the corners on the lower picture which is the Badlands.

Might be the rim or tire I am seeing? Regardless, the film needs to come off.

Yeah, looks like your camera is dark. You might want to have a dealer check that out since you solved the “This film is to be removed before usage" issue.

The rear view cameras suck it is just a fact the Night shot seems your reverse lights are not on and you are parked in a garage (Are you trolling with this thread?) but not removing that film only makes it worse, if you think people were joking about removing the film they were not, and if you do not want to remove the film then maybe don't bother to ask what the issue is because you do not seem to want to listen to advice given.

Exactly. The initial issue was that the view was not clear. Most likely caused by the film. Nothing mentioned about it being blank.

Hello, Rene! Send us a private message with your VIN and the name and location of your local Ford dealer.
I’d be happy to see what I can do to assist with this concern. Thanks!

I am having a similar problem. Only happened once so far, but the camera was totally black. Interested to see if others have seen this.
