DJI Mavic air 2Thanks for the excellent video! May I ask what type of drone did you use?
I really thought about this after I reviewed the footage. You can see big cracks in my drone video when I was circling around. To quote the immortal words of Mr. T, I pity the poor fool parked atop this outcropping when it eventually gives way.
It's only a matter of time.I really thought about this after I reviewed the footage. You can see big cracks in my drone video when I was circling around.
I can tolerate about 6 hours of driving in my TJ, but the Bronco is a fantastic road car. The Bronco has to be far better than the newer Jeeps as well. The main reason I bought a Bronco is so I could drive it out to CO without shipping/towing it. Compared to my LJ the Bronco is great on the highway.
Nope, Ironically haven't used it once since I got it. My Dad's Rubicon had to winch up the Wall on Poughkeepsie Gulch but he used is own winch.Did you need the winch?
Nice!!! I love that Land Cruiser.I love the San Juans, been over those trails many times. This will be the first year in a while that I haven't made the trip, but now that I finally have the Bronco I'm planning on it for next year. I see you're in the Atlanta area too, it's a helluva drive!
I liked your line up the wall. Exact same line I took a couple years ago in my Land Cruiser. The drone doesn't do it justice, that is a tough obstacle! There are some crazy lines, and I've seen guys roll trying them, but that line makes the most sense.
I haven't used it yet tbh but its a solid setup. I like the Rough Country one that just came out that mounts it a little higher and closer to the grill but I haven't hit the winch plate on anything offroading yet.Looks like a great trip. Curious your thoughts on your winch solution. Have been considering that same set up for my Badlands.
I got the winch for my North GA Mtns. Always muddy here and I go out solo a bunch.I don't have a winch... can't go...
