Any chance of making jerry can holder instead of rotopax? Or is that something that will require a hinge upgrade.
We will have that was well, A jerry can will require a door stop most likely so the jerry can doesn't get crushed by the tire and the fender at full swing.

Do you have any pictures that shows the bracket installed before putting the spart on? Specifically, i'm trying to see what it looks like to the left of the spare tire holder. Do the bump stops get installed again? Thanks.

I'll get one for you. But the first post shows the render of what it looks like under the factory tire mount.

Yeah yes the bump stops have added support and 1" spacer for the 4.5" bs wheels most people's get.

Not going through Vegas sorry.
No worries. Placed my order yesterday. This looks like a quality product and I'm excited to get it onto my Bronco!

I was just about to order but I was wondering about this. The tire bumpstops. Do you supply new ones? Because with the extra thickness the factory ones dont look like they'll mount the way they are?? I have zero offset wheels with 35x12.5's so I was wondering how to make this work. Thanks.

The factory bump stops are reused. they are held inplace with a small plastic screw to the tailgate from the factory. if the 1" spacer is used a M8 bolt is used to attach the factory bump stop.

Working on a .pdf with photos.

But it's very simple.
Just unplug the camera and third brake light from inside the door. Remove the gas strut to the door and close it. Remove the tire carrier from the bronco. Then the 4 hinge bolts, I used leather gloves between the door and bumper to shim the door while loosening the hinge bolts. Place the support on the gate line up the holes and reinstall the supplied hardware. Check the body gaps and tighten the hinge hardware.

1" spacers for aftermarket wheels. they are not needed for factory wheels. If your tire is not touching the bump stops is when you will want to use those.

The small plate is for the third brake light.
