Best Mode for Highway MPG

Heading out for a road trip and was wondering what is the best mode setting to use to get best mpg. I have a '23 Wildtrack 2.7L engine. No mods.

Eco mode 2 wheel drive
Eco mode 4A
normal mode 2
Normal 4A

Or some other mode I am not thinking of?

Best mode is the "keep your foot out of it" mode. That's for any vehicle. I've found that every vehicle had a mpg sweet spot when it comes to driving speed.
I tend to drive a bit slower that most, which is closer to speed limit when on wide open roads out west where I live and drive.
Less stressful. No worries about tickets and easier on the vehicle.
