I will either have my dealer order or take them Cooper ST MAXX 285/75/17s to put on before I take delivery. It won't be the sasquatch package, but it will be a decent 33 inch tire. Wish I could just option the front locker.
Will 33" be offered from the factory? I am looking to do the same thing and dont want to spend another 1K after taking delivery.

What are the odds we will be able to have the LED signature ring lighting as an option? That might make the perfect black diamond for me
I don’t know what the odds are but they’ve got one in the promo shots set up just that way:

Black Diamond, one reason is that the painted fender flares will get shredded if you do much off road on trails. Just part of why I went with BD.

I don't have major off-road experience. I want to get into overlanding in groups and being able to keep up with the majority of the group, on at least the difficult routes/lines, maybe not the most difficult though, as I gain experience in my Bronco. I want to be able to go over some stuff while on the way to camp.

Would having only the rear locker be an issue for me in the future? Example on YouTube I'm thinking at a level like some of the group outings on Litebrite, Or Rogue Overland, or Arkansas Offroad. Watched this one yesterday, see at about 15:15 minutes for example:

Unless you’re getting into some very hard stuff, a rear locker will get you through most of it. You’ll be starting out light years ahead of most of your wheeling buddies, even without Sasquatch package and 32” tires, and the 4.27 or 4.46 gear ratio, l you’re going to be in pretty good shape while still keeping it streetable.

you can always go up a size or 2 in tires without having to regear. I wheeled 33” tires with 4.10 gears and open differentials, and only regretted not havingat least a locker.

It really depends, but probably not. A rear locker goes a long way, combined with decent driving technique. If you plan to do really specialized rock crawling, then yeah, get the front locker.

My off-roading is to get where I am going and not for the activity of off roading. For me, the BD should be adequate. Mostly snow, mud, seasonal forest service roads, mild to moderate water crossings, etc.

Couple rambling thoughts here for the 2dr 7mt black diamond I reserved:
  • I would have loved for the rubber floor in the base+sasquatch but the combo with skids, sliders, bumpers, vinyl seats and locker makes it worth it for me .
  • If the Sasquatch upgrade is bananas in cost, the ford 2" lift might be my compensation.
  • General grabber's get great reviews, But I have had great luck and love for Cooper ST Maxx and at3.
  • I hope android auto is standard, Wireless or not doesn't matter to me, I prefer to charge my phone in the car anyway.
  • I pray the 2dr rear seats fold flat with the rear floor.
  • A tune will take care of power, ( 320 horsepower and 355 lb-ft according to Road and track in the ranger). This is still within the 7mt power handling specs.
In Summary I think our choice was the choice for Function>fashion .
i am with you on the 2” lift. I would be off road almost never so i dont need all of the sasquatch bells and whistles. I can also ise the price difference to go toward a hard top.

Headlights on Black Diamond aren't quite the same as higher trims as mentioned above. They are still very attractive, though. You can see from the badge on the photo attached this is definitely a Black Diamond. Thoughts?

True. But it's definitely a Black Diamond. I'm all about steelies. Hoping for a white option, actually.

BD checks all my boxes...the 'feel' of Marine Grade Vinyl seats is probably more important to me than the headlights
