Do you have any 1.5” in stock? I was Deciding between these and Bora but if I can get a set of these sooner that’ll most likely help my decision lolGreat! Glad to hear they arrived even sooner than expected! Looking forward to seeing some installed pics!

These are cool, Nick. Something to think about for me, but I’m really interested in caliper covers for the stock badlands wheels to match the badge color. Apologies if this is off subject, the spacers are something I’ve been considering if I end up putting 35’s on.Hey Gang!
Nick here from Borne Off-Road! I just wanted to kick off this thread with some exciting news that we have a solid selection of wheel spacers available for the 6th Gen Broncos! Make sure that you head over to our Engineering Blog for some more insight on wheel spacers and our design:

Here's a quick look at the difference with our 2" (50mm) spacer installed on our Badlands:

As always, don't hesitate to read out with any questions that you might have!

Is this also the case on OBX wheels? Thanks.Correct! We had our 1" spacers installed on both our 2.7L with alloy wheels along with our 2.3L base steel wheels without needing to trim the studs

Great question! The short answer is nope! The Bronco and Ranger use the same hubs so they will be a direct fit on both vehicles.Nick, any real difference between the Ranger specific spacers and the Bronco spacers?
So, we didn't have access to a set of the OBX wheels at the time of our test fit, but it will likely be the same case. It looks like these wheels also have the same pockets on the rear of the hub, too, which will allow you to fit the wheel without having to trim the stock studs. Is this also the case on OBX wheels? Thanks.

Lookin good.. How close were the 1in spacers from fitting without trimming studs? Do you think if you went for the 1.4in no stud trimming would have been needed? I ordered 1in ones for my Black Diamond non-sas 17in steelies. Hoping they fit with no trimming needed. @Mishimoto did you test on OEM Black Diamond 17's?BORA Spacer made in the USA Sparks Nevada. One inch spacer had to trim the studs.
I trimmed off about 1/8th inch on the back, the fronts studs were shorter maybe trimmed 1/16th. You should be just fine with 1.25 spacer. Best off luck.Lookin good.. How much poke are you seeing with this setup? You should probably sell 0.75" spacers, which are optimal for 37x12.50 tires using stock sasquatch wheels. It is OK for the stock studs to protrude (enough clearance in sasquatch wheels), but the spacer nuts cannot.
