You should probably sell 0.75" spacers, which are optimal for 37x12.50 tires using stock sasquatch wheels. It is OK for the stock studs to protrude (enough clearance in sasquatch wheels), but the spacer nuts cannot.
Are there measurement's available on the "stud pockets" on the rear side of Squatch wheels? I ask because I measured the the pockets on the optional BL wheels and they are only 5/16" (0.3125") deep. The rear studs on my BL measure 1-3/16" (1.1875"). Meaning studs would protrude 7/16" (0.4375") beyond a 3/4" spacer and most likely bump the back of the pocket.

I am thinking a 0.75" spacer would require trimming the rear studs about 1/8"

Sasquatch wheels are fine.

Cheap experiment is to buy these $36 20mm (0.79") spacers on amazon. Note that the nuts are incorrect (too tall and won't work), but the studs are 1.25". Stack 2 spacers without nuts and test-fit on your wheels to verify clearance. To actually install, you would need shorter nuts (google "12x1.5 EXTRA SHORT OPEN-END BULGE ACORN LUG NUTS 14MM TALL"). I am currently using these while waiting for my spacers to be made.

I just wanted to bump this thread up with some more info on our wheel spacers!

Don't hesitate to reach out with any questions!

Hey Nick, tried ordering your spacers this week and the order got declined/refunded due to shipping container availability issues. Any news on when the spacers will be available again?

Correct! We had our 1" spacers installed on both our 2.7L with alloy wheels along with our 2.3L base steel wheels without needing to trim the studs

-Nick
Nick, would 1.5" clear as well? I would rather be sure before ordering either size, thanks in advance..

Just wondering if you would have to cut down the stock studs if you do a 1.5" spacer?

Nick - Got an email this morning that the 1" are back ordered. ETA was 8-10 weeks. What are the chances you will have some sooner?

Thanks for all the help!

Chances are very good that they'll be in stock much sooner than that ;)
