So far I'm happy with my Bronco, other than the plastic seat lever that broke first day. Anyone else have issues with this lever? I'm having to do the "steam punk" think with locking pliers, until the dealership can source a replacement.

I could try to glue the broken part, but not convinced it will hold over time, or the type of glue to use that will actually fuse the plastic. I'm wonder if this plastic lever is a weak point other's have experienced, of a fluke on my part.

Exact same thing I'm dealing with... headed to the dealer to see if fixing or replacement is covered under the warranty... Brand new baby Bronco, not even a month old, and a part is already broken.

I'm still using the pliers. Thinking about trying some plastic glue to fix the lever. Otherwise if it comes down to it, I'll buy a new lever, recall seeing it listed for $35 or something like that.

Yes it should be, but the dealer (out of state) didn't have any in stock at the time, still waiting to hear back. Do you think it matters which dealer for replacement? If not I'll hit up a local dealer for a new lever.

Local dealership should honor it. People move all around and still get warranty work completed without taking back to the original dealer.
