I spoke with my dealer yesterday. He had 113 reservations and I am a 7/17/20, which put me at #33. His allocation is “about 27”. Of the 32 reservations ahead of me, only 8 have converted to orders. He stated multiple calls and emails to all with no response. This sounds promising (for me), but it is possible that people might be waiting until 3/19 to convert. The stats so far indicated a lower than expected conversion rate and if turns out to be true, than later reservations might get a positive outcome for a MY21 instead of 22.

I think this will be the "norm" I believe we as a dealership and an active participant on the forum have some of the most passionate/well-informed group of customers. And I think we'll be hitting it out of the park if we convert 50% of the overall number once we're through September 30th.

We've added another member to the staff to help too. He starts on Monday. He's going to help a lot and be 100% dedicated to Bronco customers.
Zach, Are you planning on showroom improvements catered to the Bronco brand? I think it was a month ago that Ford mentioned increased allocation to dealers who make improvements to the showroom for the Bronco.

We're a handraiser for the program and we're waiting to hear back from Ford on it.

I didn’t receive an email from him just a voicemail. Thanks for reminding me. I have 3 reservations, 1 earlier one and 2 in Oct so I’ll track down his email and coordinate a time.

I’m not getting mine through you guys (too far), but i would like to commend you guys on the outstanding communication you guys have done keeping customers/ forum members in the loop. Keep it up! 👍

If my dealer were even keeping track I would probably fall into the "will not respond" category because my sales rep can't seem to figure out e-mail and at least 3 other people from the dealership have called me, left a voicemail, but then not picked up on subsequent multiple attempts to call them back.

My dealer contacted me today with an updated invoice. The options were the exact same but the price had gone down a fair amount. For you dealers and/or salespeople in here... is this a normal thing or was there just some mistake made at some point? It was originally done with me there in person and the pricing was inline with the build on the B&P, so I’m not sure how the numbers changed. I would state the reason he gave me but the whole “my dealer said” seems to annoy folks on here. 🙂

Ha, I was guessing 30-40% as well. Dang I'm good.

I disagree on the later reservations having a worse conversion. Especially for October. I think you'll be able 60-65% for October. Hopefully even higher.
There's likely a large percentage of people holding off until the last minute expecting something to change.

Weird.

Is it just a dealership invoice or is it the order sheet?

Does your new one list invoice price instead of MSRP?

25% Cancelled or will not respond to email/phone call on multiple attempts.
I’m not worried about it but I responded to the last two mass granger emails and never heard back from you guys. I assume it was because neither email really required a response but I wanted to make sure I didn’t slip through the cracks somehow! I’m also a late oct reservation so I know I won’t be getting a call for awhile.
