build week 10/24

I called Ford 9-1 to check on my status. They told me I had a vin and a build week of 10-24. I was not aware they were still building that late. Anyone else have any info?

That is the first date I have heard of being that late BUT Job 1 for 2023 is supposed to be early November so it is conceivable.

Went searching for a 10/24 build week thread and found yours here. Lots of chatter from the Granger folks about Granger getting 30+ allocations this week for 10/24 build week. I'm one of them.

I forgot to mention I have not received an email from Ford. However, my dealer emailed me on Wednesday and said according to their run I was scheduled for that week. I understand from the forum that the emails are hit or miss so not concerned.

I also have yet to receive an email from Ford but the backdoor tracking link shows I'm scheduled for production the week of 10/24. So if you haven't tried the backdoor link, try that.

No email from Ford but Granger let me know I had a vin and backdoor link says 10/24 build date for our badlands, non sas, 2.7, high package, 4door hardtop. Early 7/14 reservation.

I tried the backdoor but it comes up "something went wrong". more concerned. lol
I do not think my dealer converted my original 7-15-20 reservation to my current 10-21-21 order. When I originally went in to place my order from my reservation the packages I wanted were not available so I had to wait. Using the backdoor method it pulls up a 2021 model that I never ordered. I have questioned them about this for months but they assured me it was convereted. I have never believed them which is why I had a couple of Jeeps lined up to drive over the holiday weekend and preparing to order one of those. I was completely over it and the way it has been handled. I still am to some extent, but I've come so far. So I don't know. Plus I have kind of just lurked around here on the forum in jealously mostly so I am not completely sure how it all works.
I did go on the ford tracking site once I received my vin and it did pull it up with my order number and vin. However that site is not longer working so who knows.

Got my Granger email and back door link yesterday, and Ford email today. Was not expecting this, but will not complain!

Just got confirmed for 10/24... curious if there are any further delays if it'll be pushed to 23 model or if they'll keep making 22's.

I just got a call from my dealer. Expected it to be about 2023 rollover. NOPE. 10/24 BUILD WEEK!

OBX, non sas, 2.7, mid package, 4 door, hardtop, cyber orange
