what is "M-time" .. as in Money time?

lol no such thing as money when talking about warranty repairs.

M-time is basically what we use when there is no labor operation or Ford does not have a hourly labor time listed for a repair. Most jobs would have a set repair time we get paid. But things that don’t, get paid by M-time.

So we would basically clock in when we start a repair, clock out when we are done and we get paid exactly however long it takes.

Knocking on wood but the rattle is gone and hasnt returned in 2 weeks. I saw this on some else post too. I only heard it for a couple days then poof. Still have my appointment to have it looked at but fingers crossed.

Did the noise ever come back? And what did the dealer tell you? It’s been 2 weeks since they took in my wildtrak for the same issue, replacing cam phasers

Havent went to the dealer yet. It's on my list if it comes back. They kept your vehicle for 2 weeks? Didn't give it back while waiting for parts?

Yes kept for 2 weeks now waiting on parts. gave me a brand new wildtrak as loaner too.

My work machanics told me to take car in asap before more broncos start developing cam phasers issues and then the wait for parts could me much longer
