Panic buttons are the most useless features ever added to cars. And, unfortunately, the panic button on my Bronco fob trips extremely easily in my pocket. I happens to me almost on a weekly basis. Never had this kind of problem with any other Ford fob (and I've owned many varieties including other similar fobs) so I don't know why it's so sensitive.
Please tell me there is a (non destructive) way to just disable this useless feature either on the fob or in the car? I'd also entertain anything like cases that stop the button from being pressed or jury rigging folks have done to stop it.
