No. It boots up and displays the home screen with no sim card. that way you can at least go into settings and setup your internet connection. if yours doesn't do that - did you turn it on in Bronco settings?

Settings - Phone List - press the play button next to the device name (not your phone name)

Ok I got it. But I can’t connect to the wifi because the screen is stretched under the default bronco sidebar. I can’t click enter on my wifi password. Any update on your end from them?

They replied with “we sent it to our engineers who are going to analyze the logs and will get back to us”…so I’m on hold for the time being

Experiencing the same issue with the Carlinkit where 1/3 of the screen gets cut-off. Basically renders the device useless, as I can't even enter a wifi password to get it online. So far I am very unimpressed and will likely look to return it.

Mine did this at first but after fooling with it for a while I was able to move that over by touching icons and get it to work

It worked in stretch mode but pinch zoom in and out didnt work and as I mentioned constantly dropped the GPS location.

They just emailed me saying they should have a firmware update within two weeks that will fix it.

I received an email asking me to be patient and wait for the next firmware update but no time was given.
