If you work in logging, CB are a must its what's used to notify log trucks, lowboys and the crazy ass rigging crew where you are on the logging roads.Cool, thanks for clarifying. I'm not faulting your use of it but was curious. I figured it must be that the folks you know are sticking with it, or something like that.
FWIW, and you probably know this, GMRS does require a license but involves no test and only a $30 fee which covers your family for 10 years. To each his own though, use whatever serves you best.
Where did you get the molle panel? I have been looking for one.
Nice setup. Im sure i’ll move my cb and gmrs over from my old F150 once my Bronco gets here. So Its nice to see. This is a work in progress. However,I figured out where and how I'm going to mount my antenna. Don't give much attention to the coax connector. I'm most likely going with a right angle pl259 connector. Maybe this will help others with choosing a mounting location.
W5DGVI’m not the OP
I personally use amateur radio and gmrs.
Hey! He's in Humble...Why do you ask any of these questions ?
