Champion Electric Hoist

So, I finally committed to using a hoist to take my hard top off......once they ship my Bronco. I see a lot of folks use the Harbor Freight hoists, so I looked into them. One of the things I didn't like was only a 90 day warranty for the hoist. Partsam hoist is even worse at 30 days. I found Champion hoists and saw they have a 2 year warranty for not much more money than HF and good reviews. Actually, if you go from HF's 440 to the next one up, 880, it's about the same money. The price for the Champion I got at Menards is $131 with 11% discount. Just thought I'd let everyone know there is another option that gives you a better warranty and they have tech support.

FWIW I think they are all the same rebranded lift based on the metalwork, but I would prefer champion as well, unfortunately they don't have a wireless option
