Chip Hold

so i got an e-mail from ford " in Production on 12/13 , heard nothing since so went on ford chat on monday the rep told me it was built ready to ship this week with delivery from 1/5 to 1/11, i was pumped lol. today i went to my dealer to order some mudflaps and she looked up the status of my Wildtrak and it says chip hold with the part expected by week of Jan 10th. i wasnt mad about the delay as much as these ford idiots have no clue about anything, so frustrating
