I’ve seen pictures of people’s solutions to wiring in multiple accessories and keeping it looking clean and tidy, but have not seen a dedicated thread for it. My engine compartment is a horrible birds nest of wires and I want to clean things up a bit.

What are your solutions for keeping things organized? Bus bars, circuit breakers, fuse blocks, connectors, relays, etc?

Pictures would be great! Thanks!

Wire loom and zip ties can go a long way. Friction tape can help a lot too (it's that cloth tape you see over factory harnesses and stuff)

Mine usually looks good after first install, but after tearing into it half a dozen times for things i thought of after the fact, it starts to look a mess again.

A 6 or 8 relay box can help clean up things, especially for folks that don't have upfitters.

I went a little over-kill on the aux switch wiring but I couldn't stand the mess plus it gives me the option to easily change aux switch postions. As mentioned above, wire looms and zip ties also help keep things tidy.

I really like this layout. Did you just get some metal and bend it to make the bracket?

Yes, just a scrap piece of SS. Like I said, overkill w/ the redundant fuses but gives me options to easily change. There's also a snap on cover.

Dang, that's clean. Do you have a link/name of that fuse block thing you're using?

I love this! I’ve been trying to figure out a clean solution and was thinking of buying this:

Great seeing what others have done. Will follow and wait before I buy something.

Lots of zipties are my best friend for this.

Deutsch 2 connectors is the direction I am starting to go in. They also work with KC lighting plugs as well. You'll need a barrel crimper and a small pick to undo or redo any connections you want. Otherwise shrink tubing, and small zip ties.
