Got an email last week like 6 months after my wife and I purchased her Bronco off the lot. I see threads of people getting invites (Not specified as "Complimentary") while waiting for builds and asking if it's worth it. The consensus is yes.

My question is, how "Complimentary" is this invite, and is it the same as the build wait invites? Are these things still going out, as I don't see much recently about them on here?

Like do I cover flights and lodging and just show up? No doubt it'd be fun to go to, but the sticker price on these things are pretty wild, especially if both my wife and I attend.

Anyone got an invite like this and attended?

I'm fairly certain that you get one with any purchase of a new Bronco, whether you waited for the build or not.

As far as what's complimentary, assuming it's the same as when I did mine a couple years ago, they cover the expense of the off-rodeo itself, you cover the lodging and travel. Caveat to that was that guests were an additional charge, that might have changed though, I'm not really sure.

Had a blast doing mine and would definitely recommend it especially if you're new to off-roading. I had never done any before doing mine and having the spotters there to guide and give you pointers was a great way to get an intro into what it's about.

You have two years to use the free admission (one person, additional are an extra fee) to the Off Roadeo. This is based on the purchase of a new Bronco and is tied to the VIN. Go here to create an account and go through the registration process (you'll need your VIN):

i also got an email from my dealer recently about it, but I already went to an off-roadeo so I just ignored it.

I’ve been myself but recently transferred my Off-Roadeo voucher to another Bronco owner who didn’t have one. The process is easy (just email them).

It'll be a pretty expensive "free" trip, but it's a lot of fun…

Definitely recommend going. It's worth any added expense, really. We both walked away WAY more confident in the abilities of this Truck and our ability to get out of pretty much any kind of situation with just the stock capabilities. It's unlikely in our run-of-the-mill driving, that we will ever get ourselves in any of the binds we were exposed to on the trails in NH (on a very rainy day), but nothing stopped the Bronco that day. The instructors are well-informed and patient. It was a good day.

I just got back from the one in TX this past weekend. The experience was great. The bronco purchaser gets a complimentary pass to attend. Guest passengers are extra cost and to add an additional driver is even more. My wife and I took advantage now because I got an email that there was a promotion till the end of the month to add a guest for free (she wasn't able to attend anyway since we couldn't find anyone to take care of our dog). Lunch and dinner were provided but travel and lodging are on your own. If you're looking for a controlled environment to learn about off-roading and bronco operation/capability, it is definitely a valuable experience. Check the OffRodeo website and see if the promotion is still available for the free guest. Oh, and there are reservation fees, some of it is refundable deposit if I remember correctly.

I already used mine and got another invite recently. Not sure why. But...totally worth it. I loved every minute of it.

You pay for travel and accommodation, but the day is free. If you want to bring a passenger, you pay for that.

It was worth it for me - a lot of fun, and I learned a ton. Granted, I'm an offroad noob, so I had a lot to learn, but even folks that have a lot of off road experience had a good time with it.

Wasn't terribly expensive, all-in - a lot less than a day at Disney World for certain. Depends heavily on how many guests you want to bring and how you set up your travel and stay.

You got the invite cause you bought a Bronco. (EDIT: “NEW” Bronco) Just like the rest of us. Had nothing to do with having to wait. If you buy another Bronco, you’ll get another invite.

Is it worth it? It’s a fun day. But remember that, while the event is complimentary, airfare/lodging/transportation are on you. So your call.

An invite for one person (free) is included with a new Bronco purchase. But also last week I got an invite to some other free events, not off-rodeo.

I'd venture the off-rodeo could be useful for persons new to off-roading and/or risk averse persons. Because it's kind of a planned out self-contained situation with helpers.

On the other hand if you are like me and tolerant (or even seeking out) risk, the event might not appeal so much. But it's nice to have the option, give Ford credit for offering.

As stated, buy a new Bronco and get "free" one person admission to one day Off-Roadeo experience...getting there is on you...Guests are extra...It is a good "education" on Bronco features, capabilities and basic off-roading in a controlled environment. I consider myself a pretty experienced off-roader and I learned alot about the bronco (good and bad).

well, not really.

I bought my '23 brand new in August 2024, which gives me until June 2025. I have vacation scheduled in late June, so I have maybe 9 months to find a slot. And a bunch of that is winter.
