Things always happen in a funny way with me. My salesman came in the shop today to pick up an F-150 that I just installed a tonno cover and drop-in bed liner on. We got to talking about my res and told him I would see him and about 3 weeks. He tells me "OK, We were supposed to get 2 to drive but haven't heard any word" and I thought to myself WTF. Then I come home and log into B6G and what do I find....................this thread. Now I know what he was talking about.

...Be safe ..bring a mask and some Lysol wipes....I was at the Mach-E test drive..and yes they did wipe down front and back after each drive..

I’ve been down to my dealership three times now, looking at paint colors and the Sport. Always seems to be a different salesman ??‍

My dealership must be doing something right. My salesman has been there for 18 years. My previous salesman was there for 24 years. He retired due to health reasons. The sales manager has been there 39 years.

Exactly. For example one could divide a year into two parts, in which case any time before the end of June would still be in the "first part".

What they said was interesting, FCTP Mannequin units were delivered around the same time as our first retail units for Mach-E and Bronco Sport. This letter confirms as much with reference to OKTB.

1. These won't be built until production starts so you won't see them when ordering. However, many people may see one and be able to change their order before its scheduled.

2. This will be like Bronco Sport, they'll be the early builds, but they may get stretched out due to commodities. My second Sport Mannequin was just built today due to the 2.0L Badlands commodity.

3. These will also have a lot of accessories. The packages all included the winch, but varied slightly on the other options.

4. I assume we'll get to order what we want, on Sport we were allowed to pick package and options, so I assume same here. It's possible if there is a severe issue on commodities (Sasquatch, etc), Ford could say those options aren't eligible, but I don't expect it.

5. With the punishment listed, you can see why dealers aren't going to play around with Bronco and brake the rules, it'd make customers real unhappy to find out they're not getting theirs because we cheated the rules.

It would mean I have to go there to see it and for them to give me cold stares and such because I went out of state to get a better deal.
