Everything was working. Had Alexa installed and was using it for music (Amazon). Then connectivity lost. if you go to connectivity in menu and click it it doesn't open. Connected Nav out, Alexa out, etc. Looked up troubleshooting and followed steps given. Three different approaches to solving issue.

1 ) Shutdown vehicle, lock doors wait 2 minutes, restart vehicle - No go
2) Go to connectivity setting turn off then back on - No go. It won't open in settings so can't turn off then on.
3) Factory reset - No go. Did reset no difference.

I am current on subscription for Ford Streaming, Alexa and connected Nav.

Am I going to have to let the dealer look at this???

I’m in the exact same boat. Can’t figure it out either. I have some aftermarket stuff I’m going to have the dealer install in a couple weeks, just going to see if they can sort this out too when I bring it in. Pretty annoying though.

I had something like this happen a while back. I did the reset and then it wouldn't start or do anything. I opened the door to take power away from the radio, then closed the door and pushed the start button again. The car started and everything was working. Very odd.

This just randomly happened to me. Any fixes? I tried a Synch Reset but that didn't fix it. The menu doesn't open and my XM internet stations don't work. I haven't tried Alexa but I assume that won't work either.

Same issue here, that apparently happened on 2/17, two weeks ago.
That was the last time my app communicated with my Bronco.

Just got off the phone with Ford Pass support (among other things).
They walked me through the reset (same as Vern, above), but did not fix it.

Said that the dealership needs to force an update.
Making an appointment now.

Having a similar issue. Ford Pass hasn’t been able to connect to my Bronco since 2/21. I’ve deleted the app and readded it and also deleted vehicle and added it. Finally called Ford (just got off the phone with them now) and was told this is a known issue with 2023 Broncos and F150’s that’s being worked on and the fix will be ready by June and will require trip to dealer to fix it (won’t be an over the air updated).

I've heard pulling #20 fuse is supposed to reset the connectivity. I've had this happen twice, car wouldn't sync, couldn't find any wifi from the list. I went to the doctor office and while there the alarm went off 3x, throwing all kinds if stuff; hood open, tilt sensor, impact sensor. After that the car suddenly started communicating again out of the blue. The most recent error was hood open when driving, hot out adjusted the hood stop and hasn't happened since. Just really weird.

I tried the “pull fuse 20” thing, didn’t work.

Disconnect negative battery terminal, wait 5 minutes, reconnect. It’s fixed it for me twice since I’ve gotten it. Called ford and they said “an OTA fix is on the way, known issue with MY23 sync 4 broncos and f150’s”.

So has Ford fixed this issue? My navigation has been off since their update a few months ago and I was told to take it to the dealer. Now today I lost connectivity and it is annoying. When I'm parked at home it picks up my home Wi-Fi and works. As soon as I drive out of range Alexa stops working. Ford should issue some refunds for all we pay to be connected when they screwed up the system

Was anybody's ever fixed, I am also having this issue. Might have to take it to the dealer unless someone has a trick to get everything working again. No Alexa or voice command with Ford Nav. The voice button on the steering wheel doesn't even do anything. So annoying!
