Did you bring it to the dealer's attention? They likely didn't even realize the defective top.Saw this cracked top on the lot. Brand new.
^^^ this, PDI’s at dealerships are half ass at best hope you brought it to someone’s attentionDid you bring it to the dealer's attention? They likely didn't even realize the defective top.
LOL for sure. We've seen fist-sized dents , gouges in trucks, cars; hail damage all on new vehicles on the lot. They hoped we wouldn't notice and "oh, we'll have our body shop repair that, you'll never notice".LOL “ bring it to the dealerships attention” the dealership don’t give a damn, this is one of those “if the customer doesn’t notice we’re not gonna worry about it”
Well that’s partially our fault as consumers for accepting this as “normal”LOL for sure. We've seen fist-sized dents , gouges in trucks, cars; hail damage all on new vehicles on the lot. They hoped we wouldn't notice and "oh, we'll have our body shop repair that, you'll never notice".
This. The Jeep hardtops I've had were more or less indestructible, even through large hail.Ford should have gone to the same mfg that Jeep has. I never had any problem with either of my 2 Jeeps.
But then -- I've yet to have Bronco HT problems. Maybe I got a good late-in-the-year and not a Monday or Friday top.
I identified that every single one, 100 percent at 2 different dealerships, had cracks. Took pictures and posted them all. This forum barely flinched and basically said "what did you expect?"Saw this cracked top on the lot. Brand new.
